Emergency First Response (EFR)
Response Course Recognised by PHECC at Responder Level 3.
This 40 hour certified course, It teaches
- Emergency Childbirth
- Oropharyngeal Airways
- O2 Administration
- Vacuum splints, collars, spinal boards, helmet removal
- Medications by EFR and all the basic life support skills for Stroke Victims,Cardiac Arrest
- Heart Attack, Choking,Legal Issues and Aspirin Administration.
This course is a great course for anyone interested in attending the more advanced PHECC courses and is also a great stand alone course for persons finding themselves in the First Responder role,
who require more than the basic Occupational First Aid, or those planning to pursue a career in Emergency Care.
Public Course Cost: 500 euro per person

Place on the course are provided on a first come basis. If a course is full additional courses may be scheduled if there is adequate demand. English is the language that the training in provided in and participants must have a good understanding of the English language, in the case where this is not so participants are permitted to bring an interpreter they may do so but prior notice must be give to Pro-Medi Training
